With 23 years of experience in leading, running, and growing businesses, Paul Jansz has built a distinguished career in the accounting industry across Australia, New Zealand, parts of Asia, the UK, and the United States. Paul has successfully managed a coaching and training company, led a private equity firm focused on the accounting sector for a decade, and continues to provide innovative solutions to professional services firms seeking growth and differentiation in their business models.
In the past six years, Paul has developed Professional Partners Education (PPE), an online educational content platform designed to support accounting firms with both technical and non-technical content. PPE features a variety of offerings including the EMPIRE MasterClass Series, Chewing the Accounting Fat, Women in Accounting, and the top-ranked TALKING NUMBERS podcast, which includes TALKING NUMBERS Property+, TALKING NUMBERS Investment+, and TALKING NUMBERS MASTERING PROFIT series 1 & 2.

Dr Mathew Leighton-Daly is an experienced legal consultant (practising from Chifley Tower, Sydney) and academic. He is an internationally recognised specialist in financial crime control and teaches business law, tax and white-collar/financial crime-related subjects at The University of Sydney. In addition to traditional legal services (advice and representation) in the areas of corporate, commercial and tax law, Mathew consults to law, accounting and other professional services firms, businesses, and individuals directly.
Mathew has acted as defence counsel, legal adviser and/or consultant in some of the larger white-collar criminal/financial prosecutions brought in Australia. He is also the commissioned author of Thomson Reuters’ Financial Crime Control and Anti-Money Laundering publication and has been published extensively in professional and scholarly journals. Mathew’s skills have been developed via the rare combination of ongoing legal scholarship, extensive professional experience (including at all levels of the judicial hierarchy), and a diverse range of consultancies.
Mathew’s qualifications include a PhD in taxation law (UNSW), Master of Laws (USYD), and Juris Doctor (First Class Honours) (Bond). He also holds restricted undergraduate and professional qualifications in law enforcement (BPOL, CSU) and prosecutions (PEP, NSW Police).

The business he spearheads is among the select few that handle the entire Collections spectrum: from one day overdue to the creation and execution of strategies that counteract financial-crime activity.
Michael also indulges in endurance kayaking. His adventurous spirit has led him to the high Arctic, Antarctic, and he’s among the rare kayakers who have been accredited ‘Source to Sea’ on the Murray River by the Inland Rivers National Marathon Register. If only he could learn to use a razor, he’d be unstoppable!
Eric joined Macquarie last June 2018 as a Division Director heading up the Manila Shared Services Centre (SSC) Office, and Technology. In this role, he is responsible for more than 1,000 staff that provides and evolves its services in Technology, Market Operations, Business Services, and Human Resources for Macquarie globally. The Manila Office is currently the 3rd largest Macquarie office in terms of staff count. Prior to Macquarie, Eric was based in the US as the Chief Information Officer for Claims for Chubb Insurance (formerly ACE insurance) for almost four years. Before Chubb, Eric was with the American International Group (AIG) for more than 18 years, taking positions in Manila, New York/New Jersey, and Japan. Born and raised in Manila, he returned to the Philippines with the opportunity in Macquarie after almost two decades of living overseas. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University.
