What began as a new professional chapter after relocating from Dubai to the Philippines has blossomed into a transformative experience that has shaped both my career and my personal growth.

When I joined the Profitmaster family in 2019 as the Executive Assistant to our esteemed leader, Richard, I had no inkling of just how enriching this experience would be. Working in such close proximity to an exceptional visionary leader has been an honor and a privilege beyond measure. Richard’s guidance, unwavering support, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in my development, and I am forever grateful for the trust he has placed in me.

As my role expanded to include the position of Client Experience Officer, I gained a deeper understanding and appreciation for the needs of our valued clients. This dual responsibility allowed me to work in seamless synergy with our truly remarkable team of dedicated professionals. Their expertise, collaborative spirit, and relentless pursuit of excellence have been a constant source of inspiration.

Lisensure Professional Teacher Journey https://www.profitmaster.com.au/lisensure-professional-teacher-journey/ https://www.profitmaster.com.au/lisensure-professional-teacher-journey/#respond Wed, 21 Jun 2023 11:03:46 +0000 https://profitmaster.com.au/?p=3027 Having a goal in life is such a tough battle. It’s even tougher when you have so many things going on in your life. Fortunately, I won the battle.

Before I joined Profitmaster, I was enrolled at MCC taking Methods of teaching. My schedule back then was night shift. Because of my schedule, I planned to search for a job that will suit my schedule at school. Gladly, I was hired at Profitmaster and since then the company was very supportive from my schooling up until the day of the Exam.

The exam was cancelled several times due to COVID-19. Months of waiting turned to a year and a half. My mental health was greatly affected. I was always hesitant and too confident not to review because it might be canceled again. COVID-19 ruined many lives, physically and emotionally. Luckily, PRC came up with something to push the Exam through.

Last November 29, 2021, the result finally came out sooner than I expected. 2 years ago, all the sleepy-hesitant-to-review-at-night and the “puro foods para kunwari ganahan mag review [a lot of food to pretend studying] ” were all worth it! All my hard work paid off. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without the people behind my success; my CV family and friends at work who tirelessly reminded me to review, to my Profitmaster work colleagues and Management who supported me from the beginning and to my parents who believed in my ability.

And that was how those 3 letters are now added after my name – LPT “Licensed Professional Teacher.

Forever grateful.

The Filipino Pride – Hidilyn Diaz, first gold medal for the Philippines in the Summer Olympics. https://www.profitmaster.com.au/the-filipino-pride-hidilyn-diaz-first-gold-medal-for-the-philippines-in-the-summer-olympics/ https://www.profitmaster.com.au/the-filipino-pride-hidilyn-diaz-first-gold-medal-for-the-philippines-in-the-summer-olympics/#respond Wed, 21 Jun 2023 10:48:00 +0000 https://profitmaster.com.au/?p=3013 The history of the Philippines in joining the Olympic Games goes way back on 1924 in Paris, France. The Philippines sole representative who competed was David Nepomuceno category of track and field, 100 m and 200 m. It was the Philippines amongst other Southeast Asia country who competed first in the Olympic Games. And it was the country’s first appearance in the sport. After 97 years of the Filipino competing in the Olympic Games, Hidilyn Diaz is the first Filipino who won the gold medal on the category 55 kg women’s weightlifting event last Monday, 26 July 2021 in Tokyo, Japan for the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Who is Hidilyn Diaz?

Hidilyn, a single 30-year-old lady, she’s the fifth of her six siblings. She’s an undergraduate of computer science in the University of Zamboanga, her mind and heart is into sports that’s why she decided to stop attending the university and focused on her training. She joined difference sports activity but with the help of her cousin who taught her the basic of weightlifting that leads her to where she is right now.

In 2013 Hidilyn was enlisted into the Philippine Air Force and assigned to the Air Force Special Service Group. She was promoted as Airwoman Second Class in 2014. Following Hidilyn victory in achieving the first gold medal for the Filipino she was now promoted to Staff Sergeant by the Philippine Air Force (PAF).

During her training days for the upcoming 2021 Summer Olympic in Tokyo Japan, Hidilyn has not seen her family since December 2019. Her trainer decided to train her in Malaysia last February 2020 so she could divert more of her attention in practice. Even during the time of hardship due the restriction of gym and weightlifting equipment she manages to focus and improvised on her practice.

Considering her career…

Hidilyn also competed in the last 2007 SEA Games and won bronze medal in Thailand, achieved 10th place at the 2006 Asian Games. During her university days she won 2 golds and 1 silver in the Asian Youth/Junior Weightlifting championship in South Korea. She competed in 2008 Summer Olympic and that she was the youngest in the competition, and in 2016 Summer Olympic in Rio she won the silver medal.

Just in the nick of time, this is what the Filipino people need right now. To boost our well-being and uplift our spirit.

Dreams do come true https://www.profitmaster.com.au/dreams-do-come-true/ https://www.profitmaster.com.au/dreams-do-come-true/#respond Wed, 21 Jun 2023 10:46:06 +0000 https://profitmaster.com.au/?p=3011 Annalyn Bejec is a success story at Profitmaster and Angeles University Foundation. After leaving school early for personal reasons – she was given an opportunity with Profitmaster. She has gone on with Profitmaster to complete her degree in science majoring in Marketing. This is her story…

“I must admit I am a bit of a dreamer.

When I first met Profitmaster owner, Richard Croaker back in 2014, he had just arrived in the Philippines to start his company.

I told him my dream was to be a successful businesswoman, like a CEO. Richard listened to me and my story, then told me he believes in me and wants to help me achieve my dream.

On Richard’s advice, I returned to school at the age of 20 – I had left at 17 due to personal circumstances – with the aim of doing well and going to university.

Finishing school successfully, Profitmaster gave me a job as an administration assistant at 21 years of age. I was new to the BPO sector. My work included customer service, data research and marketing tasks. Having bought my first car, my job also included being a messenger as Profitmaster didn’t have a driver.

These experiences gave me a strong grounding across all levels of the business and how an outsourcing company like Profitmaster BPO operated.

After a few years, Profitmaster awarded me a full-payment Scholarship to attend Angeles University Foundation to study a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Marketing.

I was working full time and had a full-time study load to complete at night – it was stressful, and I experienced many anxieties through this heavy time commitment, and I did think about quitting sometimes. In between this, in 2017, I gave birth to my first child – my beautiful daughter.

Despite the stress, with the support of the Profitmaster team, my persistence paid off and I graduated in 2020, during the pandemic lockdown – I became the first in my family to graduate from university. Due to the pandemic, we didn’t have the usual graduation ceremony. To make my father and siblings proud of my achievement – along with Profitmaster, especially Richard – is something that personally fills me with pride.

Through my faith, I believe that God has a better plan than my plan. Now seven years into my Profitmaster career, with my schooling and degree, I am excited for my future working with the company knowing that my career is part of God’s plan.

Profitmaster has given me the power to grow in my work and personal life. Upon my graduation, I started in the company’s management training program. I was initially focused on HR and through the guidance of our HR manager was appointed as Admin and Employee Relations Supervisor in 2021.

Through my story and Profitmaster assisting with my studies at the Angeles University Foundation, I can truly say the company provides a genuine career opportunity for anyone who values our culture and wants to grow their commitment to God and to life. Our training programs encourage team members to positively develop their capability through further education. Our regular performance mentoring aligns the needs of our staff with the needs of their clients and the needs of the company.

I am proof that Profitmaster believes in its people. Each staff member is at the heart of the Profitmaster family where we are encouraged to be the best we can be, and to achieve a true work-life balance. Even during the pandemic, we still find time to share birthdays and other anniversaries as well as regular games and office parties.

And through these things I have made great friends at work. My daughter is very popular and loves visiting the team, not to mention my husband who also encourages me to help grow this company for a better future for us and for everyone who works here.

Maybe…. one day I will achieve my dream”
